FastlyGo operates a delivery marketplace connecting customers, couriers and partner businesses. We act as the data controller for the personal data described below. Our processing follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local data protection laws.
2. What we collect
We collect only the data needed to deliver the service:
- Contact details — phone number, optional email and address — to place and deliver your orders.
- Order data — pickup, delivery, package size, notes and timestamps — to fulfill and audit orders.
- Device data — IP address, browser, language and device type — for security, fraud prevention and analytics.
- Communications — messages with support, courier and partners — to resolve issues and improve the service.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to operate the marketplace (match couriers, route deliveries, handle payment and receipts), to comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, fraud reporting), and with your consent, for service improvements and product communications you can opt out of at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum personal data needed with: couriers (your phone and delivery address to complete the order), partner businesses (your order details), payment providers (when online payment is used), and infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, our cloud hosting). We never sell your data.
5. Your rights
